Longmont Dairy Farm is one of the largest home milk delivery services along the Front Range. We have deliverable routes from Loveland to Castle Pines and growing! To keep up with the demand, we now have two sales offices located in both Longmont and Centennial.

Earn Uncapped Income

Our sales representatives receive a generous Commission-Based compensation package, allowing for increased income for each sales representative as they excel. A six-week training period includes a guaranteed base pay. Once the training period ends, we switch to a commission-based structure including first commissions, second commissions and a monthly mileage reimbursement. An average first-year sales representative will earn $60,000+.

Benefits offered after 60 days include health, dental and vision insurance, life and disability benefits, and paid vacations, as well as a 401(k) plan with eligibility after six months of employment.

Work schedule hours vary throughout the year. An ideal candidate is willing to have a flexible schedule and be motivated to make their own hours to meet their goals. Suggested hours in the summer months include 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m and in the winter months 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m Monday through Friday.

To be qualified to join our team, you will need to:

• Provide a Current Driver’s License
• Own a Reliable Vehicle
• Clearly Read and Write in English
• Have Basic Technological Skills to Navigate an iPad
• Able to Navigate Through a Route
• Provide Great Customer Service
• Pass a Criminal Background Check and Pre-Employment Drug Screen
• A Clean, Well-Groomed Appearance is Required. (Uniform badges, shirts, and caps are provided upon hire.)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
